If the beneficiary hasn’t registered with your E-Wallet service provider, then your E-wallet service provider can send them an email, notifying them that you have sent them money via their E-Wallet service. The alert will also include links for downloading the app if that E-wallet has the same, so the beneficiary can access the app easily if they aren’t already using that E-Wallet.
If you accidentally send money to an incorrect phone number, then try contacting E-wallet’s customer care team & the money will be sent back to your account. However if you send money to a correct but unknown person’s number, not much can be done about it.
